Dooley's Hotel enters it's 5th year with the hit show An Emigrants Tale. A story told through song, dance, music and storytelling. This is the ideal show for both locals and visitors to our shores.

Welcome to the Waterford Harvest Festival 2010; ten mouthwatering days of giant food markets, delicious barbeques, picnics, feasts, cookery demonstrations, taste workshops, free outdoor gigs and street parties, craft villages, as well as lots of free fun activities for all the family.

Positive Ageing Week Waterford 2010
September 24th - October 2nd 2010
Age Action coordinates Positive Ageing Week. Events and activities are organised by active retirement groups, local voluntary groups, nursing homes, libraries, commercial organisations and individual older people themselves.
This is the 8th year Age Action has marked UN International Day of Older Persons (1 Oct) and each year Positive Ageing Week has become bigger and better. Last year over 700-recorded events took place in 26 counties throughout the country and this year we are hoping for at least 850. Waterford takes part in Positive Ageing Week in a hugh way this year.
